Copper Concentrate Big Bag Filling Station

The 3 bulk bagging units each capable of filling 40 metric tonnes of copper concentrate into 2T bulk bags. In total the throughput is 120 metric tonnes per hour. This on has been ship to Africa ready to assembling. We do have several project for mining industrial included OT project since 2013 .So far ,OT project is the largest capacity one in the world .We have good relationship with OT and KAZ which is located in Kazakhstan. 

The whole Bagging Facility is composed of Frame; Surge Bin, Belt Feeder with Gate Valve, Bagging Station with Weighing Conveyor, Bag Hanging Device and Bag Clamping Unit, Slat Chain Conveyor and Control Panel.

The big bag filling system is designed and manufactured by our company adopts the F701C type weighing controller of Japan UNIPULSE Company and the S71200 programmable controller of SIEMENS Company. It has fully automatic fast (large feed) and slow speed. (small feed) feeding control function, high packaging precision, stable performance, complete functions, easy operation, etc. It is mainly used for quantitative packaging of various powder materials, and can complete all control processes except manual bagging.
